Workouts (custom)
These workouts are created based on information you provide. They differ from the Workouts (general) in that they can account for any type of exercise setting/equipment, they can be tweaked to best fit the objectives of the client. Each new set of workouts is designed to build upon the previous workouts. They take the feedback from the client and information recorded in the previous workouts to create the most relevant and effective workout for that specific client.

Workout tweaks
A tweak is an adjustment to a workout, or taking the information from previous workouts to write the next set of workouts. The value of tweaking and adjusting is that there are many different fitness techniques. For example as you become more advanced we will want to implement more advanced techniques such as super sets, compound sets, or HIIT intervals. We may also want to implement isometric, 1-1-2, or specific execution instructions to precisely achieve the next level of fitness you're seeking. If all those terms are giberish to you, that's ok. As your program advances you will be properly educated on what they are, and how to do them CORRECTLY.

Email access to coach
If you have in-depth questions, send an email to your coach (texts/dm questions should be shorter). Question examples might be “How do I know if I should add an extra set”, or “I noticed I’m still sore, should I workout?” or “What is a good alternative to a squat”. These will be answered during office hours.

Office hours
Office hours helps the coach stay organized and operating as efficiently as possible. It is a dedicated time for the coach to answer more in-depth questions you may have via email, phone or video call. You can contact the coach in advance, or you can contact the coach while office hours is happening. No appointment is necessary. The goal is always to give you the best support possible, and if the matter is pressing or you will be unable to meet during office hours other accommodations will be made.

Twice weekly check-ins
These check-ins are typically via text/app message. This is to see how things are going, gain any feedback you may have, discuss any challenges, answer any questions, and sometimes to help keep fitness in the forefront of your mind. The coach will initiate these messages. An example of a check-in question might be; When can I add another set?, Is this a healthy meal/food (texting a picture)?, How long should I expect to be sore?, It hurts when I squat, is there an alternative?
If you have more in-depth questions (send an email) or if the topic or question is difficult to explain over text and a face-to-face video call is warranted these can handled during office hours or if necessary, an out of office hours call can be scheduled.
